About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Growth to own the strategy and execution of our most critical growth initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to activation, expansion, and retention. You will be at the forefront of building and optimizing products, experiences, and systems that fuel rapid, sustainable practice revenue growth at scale.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and has a track record of using experimentation, data, and customer insight to unlock growth. You’ll work with stakeholders across the company to ensure our products not only delight customers but also drive measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Growth Product Vision & Strategy – Define and execute the long-term growth roadmap, aligning it with company priorities and market opportunities.

  • Lead High-Impact Experiments – Develop and run experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, feature flags) to improve conversion, activation, retention, and upsell metrics.

  • Innovate in Pricing and Packaging – Partner with business leadership to test and launch new monetization strategies.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with GTM, sales, support, operations, and engineering to deliver coordinated, measurable growth programs.

  • Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Use product analytics, funnel metrics, and customer insights to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

  • Own End-to-End Execution – From ideation and hypothesis generation to launch, measurement, and iteration, ensure projects ship on time and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, experimentation, or lifecycle optimization.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in a high-velocity environment.

  • Strong analytical skills—you can translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Deep understanding of growth frameworks, product-led growth principles, and experimentation best practices.

  • Customer obsession—you deeply understand customer needs, advocate for their success, and design products and experiences that earn their loyalty.

  • High bias for action—you remove roadblocks, move fast, and keep momentum high.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Background in healthcare, dental, or other regulated industries.

  • Experience working on 0→1 growth initiatives.
