Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is the leading software platform for the trades, helping residential and commercial service businesses streamline operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and grow their businesses. We’re building a powerful Content Experience Engine that transforms raw data into beautiful, branded, and intelligent documents and interactive content like invoices, proposals, service agreements, inspection reports, and more.

We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of this essential capability. You’ll reinvent how businesses engage with their customers, moving beyond static PDFs to build immersive, responsive content experiences that are visually compelling, brand-aligned, and deeply personalized.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the development of a dynamic content creation and delivery system that allows businesses to craft branded, interactive, and data-driven experiences sent through email, viewed on the web, and accessible via mobile. Whether it's a homeowner reviewing a new roof proposal or a property manager approving a service plan, your work will help make every interaction feel modern, professional, and easy to act on.

You’ll define a simple and intuitive editing interface that supports drag-and-drop layouts, AI-assisted formatting/branding, reusable components, live previews, and dynamic data fields.

Beyond the customer experience, you'll ensure it's easy for internal teams to make data sources available within templates and manage how that data flows through content.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years in a Senior PM or Principal level role.

  • Proven success in building experiences related to document creation, content customization, template systems, or rich configuration tools.

  • Strong understanding of structured data, content design, and cross-channel delivery (e.g., web, PDF, email).

  • Passion for creating intuitive, elegant tools that allow non-technical users to build high-quality outputs with confidence.

  • Familiarity with template management and editing tools, dynamic fields, calculated values, and e-signature flows.

  • Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and execution skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or technical MS) a plus.

Why This Role Matters

Every document our customers share, whether it’s a proposal to win a job, a service agreement to close one, or an invoice to get paid—is a reflection of their brand and professionalism. By delivering a powerful yet approachable way to create and manage these documents, you’ll help thousands of businesses move faster, present themselves better, and communicate with greater confidence.

Join us in turning operational data into branded, intelligent storytelling delivered effortlessly, every time.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
