Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

The Asset Platform team is a foundational data layer powering CrowdStrike's Proactive Security portfolio — providing the canonical asset inventory, enrichment pipelines, and graph infrastructure that underpins Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security and Identity capabilities across the Falcon platform. We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager with deep expertise in asset intelligence, security data platforms, and enterprise cybersecurity to define and drive the future of this critical platform.

In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for the Asset Platform, with a particular focus on expanding asset coverage breadth, enrichment depth, and API surface to support a growing set of internal consumers and external customers. Your work will directly enable CrowdStrike's Proactive Security portfolio, and you will serve as the PM-of-record for cross-cutting asset data initiatives that span the Falcon platform.

You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and peer product managers across the broader Proactive Security organization. You will apply deep knowledge of security data architectures and asset management markets to drive alignment across teams and deliver a platform that serves as a durable competitive advantage for CrowdStrike.

This role is hybrid, on-site at one of the posted locations. Candidate should be comfortable visiting the office twice a week once the development center is established.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Asset Platform, in close coordination with product and engineering leads across Proactive Security, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, and CAASM

  • Act as the product leader for platform investments that deepen the data model, and unlock new integrations across the Falcon ecosystem

  • Serve as the cross-functional bridge between the Asset Platform team and downstream product teams, ensuring platform capabilities are well-understood, well-adopted, and continuously improving

  • Engage with enterprise customers, sales, and support to translate asset management pain points into durable platform investments

  • Define and track platform health metrics, API adoption, and data quality KPIs to ensure the platform meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders

  • Work on a team of high-performing product professionals in a highly collaborative environment

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in Asset Management, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, or closely related cybersecurity markets

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Product Management or similar (e.g., Sales Engineering, TAM, or relevant software development)

  • Strong domain experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud security concepts, and asset discovery and normalization at scale

  • Deep understanding of CAASM concepts, cyber asset data models, and the challenges of consolidating asset data from heterogeneous sources

  • BS degree in an applicable field; Master's preferred

  • Track record of leading platform or data product strategy in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from both technical and business stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without direct authority across multiple product teams

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex platform concepts for executive, technical, and go-to-market audiences

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with graph databases, data lakes, and modern data architectures relevant to security telemetry at scale

  • Background in data governance, data quality management, or master data management

  • Familiarity with API product management, integration ecosystems, or platform-as-a-product thinking in an enterprise SaaS context
