The Impact of Principal Product Manager at Coupa:
At Coupa, we are leaders in Design-to-Pay and Supply Chain, and we further amplify that competitive advantage by enabling our ecosystem to build valuable applications, by integrating our Coupa spend portfolio and by creating community intelligence.
Our Platform is a new SaaS, cloud-native, elastic scaling and multi-tenant public cloud-based platform. As a Principal Product Manager for Data and Analytics, you will grow that SaaS platform as well as evolve the application-building framework and certification that enables development, professional services, partners and customers to extend our analytics dashboards and AI Agents or create their very own. In addition, you can shape the invaluable insights and prescriptions to be delivered to our customers derived from the Supply Chain community data.
You have experience in creating a successful, world-class analytics application. You understand how to enable creators and ensure the extensibility, upgradability and supportability of 3rd party apps leveraging that framework. You are at ease with Analytics tools like; Looker, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, SAC, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Government cloud and have expertise ranging from multi-tenant microservice architecture, deployment and scaling automation, security, access, disaster recovery, database types, cloud data integration, DevOps to the ability to define performance requirements at various levels.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with Customers, partners and professional services to understand market needs
- Development to support the evolution of the framework, applications and community insights
- Sales and alliances to help position the analytics and analytics platform portfolio
- Marketing to support campaigns, webinars, events, pricing and packaging
- Legal and licensing to write the terms and process for app certification
- Support to ensure the apps can be certified and supported appropriately
- Responsible for this part of the Supply Chain portfolio across the entire product lifecycle from strategy to delivery
What You Bring To Coupa:
- Minimum 7 years product management experience, including experience leading other product managers
- Relevant experience building Analytics applications and frameworks and setting up an app certification program/marketplace
- Design to Pay domain and Supply Chain domain exposure across; BOM, Category Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Purchasing, Inventory and Payments
- Relevant experience building cloud platforms on public infrastructure
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or technical degree
- You are a great collaborator and leader who never stops pushing toward clarity and delivery and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and persevere when things get tough
The estimated pay range for this role is $121,000 - 157,500.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
