Cloudflare is seeking a Partner Ops & Strategy Manager to support the partner team and drive global planning and partner program initiatives . This role is for an experienced partner operations professional who is looking for an opportunity to directly impact the partner-first strategy and drive operational excellence. In this role you will work closely with IT, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and the Partner Executive Team to develop, build out, and own the business objectives for crucial partner automation initiatives that will lead to the evolution of our partner platforms and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in partner quota and territory management, partner program & compliance management, delivering objectives and milestones, and garnering executive alignment and support. Responsibilities
- Drive a global consistent planning process, including partner territories, goal setting, quota creation, and partner compensation plans.
- Collaborate with the other members of the global partner operations team to drive planning and program initiatives, allowing for regional requirements while maintaining a global consistent framework
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence with the partner program team to operationalize the benefits, requirements, and attributes of the Cloudflare partner program.
- Align with various stakeholders: communication of business priorities, share business context and value, maintain focus around key objectives, communication business milestones and external dependencies
- Own and Lead strategic cross functional initiatives and projects, to accelerate our partner revenue and pipeline growth
- Contribute and enforce internal and external facing channel rules of engagement
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in partner operations and/or sales operations for channel focused companies, experience in partner programs is a plus
- Experience working with partner territories, goal setting, quota creation, and partner compensation plans.
- Strong understanding of how multi-tier partner programs operate
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and a drive to build something better
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strong ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders at middle and senior management levels, internally and externally
- Comfortable working with Salesforce and Google suite
