Monthly Close & Reconciliations

  • Own and execute monthly revenue reconciliations across order systems, sub-ledgers, and the general ledger
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items with a focus on root cause and repeatability

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify and implement improvements to manual revenue processes and controls
  • Develop scalable procedures, templates, and documentation to support future-state processes
  • Consider AI opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risks of errors

  • Support SOX controls and internal control improvements related to revenue

External Reporting & Audit Support

  • Provide audit support, including memos, schedules, and walkthroughs related to revenue
  • Ensure revenue accounting positions are well-documented and audit-ready

FP&A & Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with FP&A on revenue timing, actuals vs. forecast variances, and revenue drivers
  • Provide clear explanations of revenue trends and timing differences

Support management reporting and ad hoc revenue analyses, as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles
