In this senior-level role, you will bring your engineering expertise to the forefront, leading the execution of complex projects that power communities and industries.  This is a part-time position.

Introduction:
Join our dedicated team as a Principal Control Systems Engineer, where you will lead complex engineering initiatives that power communities and industries. ENTRUST Solutions Group is an industry leader in engineering, consulting, and automation services, known for delivering innovative and reliable solutions across the electric power generation sector. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident, and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full‑time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10–20+ years of experience in controls, electrical, and instrumentation.
  • Subject‑matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: steam turbine controls, gas turbine controls, and/or balance‑of‑plant systems.
  • Strong knowledge of DCS and/or PLC systems, including programming and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork through effective communication and collaboration with peers, management, and clients.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15–30% locally and domestically.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated to deliver projects on time and within budget.
