TITLE: Principal Architect I
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC
JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical leadership for a development team responsible for the architecture and infrastructure of the Spectrum Reach data warehouse environment. Service as Principal Architect and provide architectural framework for agile delivery teams that develop enterprise applications. Lead ETL design and provide oversight for development and delivery of application features. Own the ETL design flow and documentation along with Data Model creation. Design, develop, document, and test production-level, mission-critical, enterprise software within a distributed, hybrid-cloud n-tier environment. Participate in overall architecture best practices such as Proof of Concept (POC) of new technology, review standards and ETL designs, and build out department-level processes and procedures. Utilize SQL and PYTHON languages.
EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 8 years of experience in the following: analyzing, researching and developing data utilizing SQL; and performing Agile development, including serving as technical lead or providing technical oversight for Agile development. 7 years of experience in the following: utilizing Python in Airflow DAG creation and framework scripts; utilizing Amazon Web Services Including EC2, S3, and MWAA; and performing ETL and Database Design, including developing data flows and data models.
*A hybrid (in office and remote) work arrangement is available.
