Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Experience in Administration, enhancement of Tidal Master on Windows / Unix
- Experience in Installing the Tidal Client Manager on Windows / Unix
- Experience in installing, upgrading, and applying hot fixes in Tidal components on Unix and Windows
- Experience in Tidal Admin activities including job creation, job migration, job scheduling platform patching, and designing the security policy.
- Developing scripts and automation logics to make dailty Platform Admin dudties more efficient which may include job promotion between multiple environments
- Troubleshooting the Master/Client Manager/Agents
- Knowledge in different Tidal adapters
- Experience in using SSL and licensing for Tidal components, Experience in Tidal API, REST and SOAP Webservice calls
- Experience in Migration using Transporter and Repository
- Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge in ITSM (Incident/Change/Problem Management)
- Knowledge on AWS Cloud Platform
- Participates in the development and maintenance of improvement processes; actively participates
- in self- and team audits and resulting process improvements
- Develops a strong network within the department; draws on network to answer questions, solve
- problems, and successfully execute responsibilities.
- Demonstrates confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience working with SAP, including at least 3 years administering Tidal administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Strong understanding of data visualization concepts and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Networking patterns between Cloud Environments including VPC/s, private links, load balancers etc
