Principal Analog IC Design Engineer

The Automated Test Equipment(ATE) group is searching for an experienced Analog/Mixed -Signal IC Design Engineer based in Wilmington MA who will be responsible for designing high accuracy Device Power Supply and V/I circuits used in IC Testers.

Responsibilities include:

• System level design and simulation of complex high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal IC’s
• Transistor level design and simulation of high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal IC’s
• Oversee transistor level to die level Analog Layout
• Troubleshoot complex integrated circuits in the lab
• Interface with Applications, Product and Test Engineers to bring products from conception through release
• Provide application support to customers

Requirements

• BSEE and 10+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design experience
• MSEE and experience in high accuracy feedback circuits preferred
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics and processing
• Experience with IC product life cycles
• Ability to work with large multi-disciplined teams
• Familiarity with lab equipment
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and thorough
