The Pricing and Corporate Actions Analyst supports all functions related to corporate actions, while also partnering with analysts within the team focused on pricing. The analysts focused on pricing are responsible for providing timely and accurate valuations across all securities held within GMO. Analysts within the Pricing and Corporate Actions team are uniquely positioned to gain exposure across multiple asset classes ranging from equities and futures, fixed income, listed and unlisted derivatives and complex OTC instruments.

- Because the group analyzes multiple asset classes, the analysts interact with a range of divisions throughout the firm including the investment teams, fund treasury and tax, as well as legal and compliance, which positions the analyst to gain significant industry and firm specific knowledge and interaction.
Requirements
- College degree, prior financial industry experience a plus.
- Corporate Actions and/or Pricing experience strongly preferred.
