Title: Pricing Analyst
FLSA Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Pricing Manager
Salary: $70,000-80,000 + bonus

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, Excel-loving, strategy-minded Pricing Analyst to join our growing team. This isn’t just about crunching numbers—it’s about owning the data that drives our pricing strategy, promotions, and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll maintain pricing systems, support cross-functional teams with insights, and help shape how BeatBox shows up in the market. From managing pricing tools and ensuring compliance to analyzing trends and supporting product launches, you’ll play a critical role in helping BeatBox make smart, data-informed decisions—all while keeping the good vibes flowing.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate pricing records across multiple internal systems and platforms (e.g., VIP Price 2.0, ERP) to ensure consistency and reliability
- Coordinate pricing submissions and changes across VIP tools and systems
- Analyze pricing programs and make recommendations to maximize profitability and volume
- Support the development and execution of revenue management strategies in collaboration with the Sales and Operations teams
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support cross-functional projects, promotions, and new product introductions
- Develop and maintain dynamic pricing models to simulate market scenarios and guide pricing decisions
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and monitor competitor pricing to ensure BeatBox remains strategically positioned in the market.
- Monitor market trends including consumer behavior, industry shifts, and economic indicators that impact pricing strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate competitor pricing strategies and identify market positioning opportunities
- Support new product launches with pricing guidance and profitability assessments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pricing regulations, especially important in the alcoholic beverage space
- Prepare reports and presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Assist with pricing compliance and audit processes
Education/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or CPG analytics (alcoholic beverage experience a plus!)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Word
- Preferred experience with: VIP Price 2.0, VIP Price Promotion Management, VIP iDIG, Nielsen Discover, Microsoft Business Central Dynamics
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate complex findings simply
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
