JOB PURPOSE

The objective of this position is to assist and support the Pricing team in the operational and administrative functions that support the pricing data maintenance process, as well as the reconciliation and invoicing processes.

The Pricing Analyst will collaborate with clients and other administrative and operational contacts to contribute to the success of the sales process.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration and maintenance of the price list and assortment database in our internal information systems.
  • Updating master price lists in customer information systems.
  • Supporting the company in structuring information and creating and maintaining commercial sales data for new customers and products.
  • Structuring templates with the necessary information to generate purchase orders by customer.
  • Approving the pre-invoice template before the invoicing team generates the final document.
  • Reconciling internal sales information with customer information.
  • Generating activity status reports and KPI compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or Industrial Engineer

Skills/Competencies

  • Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, SAP is a most.
  • Bilingue Spanish and English (C1)
  • Structured and organized
  • Proactive
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to respect and meet established deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team environment
  • Customer focused approach

Experience

  • 3–5 years of related experience
