Position Overview:
Freddie Mac’s Single Family Pricing Middle Office is currently seeking a detailed and motivated individual to fill the role of Pricing Analyst & Reporting Senior. This position offers an exciting opportunity within the Single-Family Pricing & Execution business area where the Pricing Middle Office, Senior is responsible for implementing Guide and negotiated credit fees and other pricing governance parameters within the Pricing Manager Application (PMA). Additionally, the incumbent will develop new and maintain existing PMA reports, partner with subject matter experts to improve departmental End User Computing (EUCs) as well as participate in the continuous enhancements of PMA with Modern Delivery teams. Our Impact:
The Pricing Middle Office within the Single-Family Pricing & Execution division is responsible for implementing pricing governance activities for Cash and Guarantor loan purchases.
Your Impact:
- Evaluate, input, and maintain data in the Pricing Manager Application (PMA) for single-family loan purchases of eligible products and programs; triage issues and recommend solutions for resolution.
- Implement departmental policies using established procedures; produce supporting documentation for requests from various lines of defense.
- Complete departmental reports and produce reference documents, used for managing PMA, in a timely and detailed manner
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to perform technical updates to departmental End User Computing (EUCs) and maintain related Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Develop, test, deploy and document reports related to PMA and become a power-user of the PMA Reporting Database in MicroStrategy.
- Forge relationships and partnerships with other business area stakeholders, including the Pricing Front Office and Modern Delivery teams.
- Identify continuous process improvements while ensuring execution in a well-documented & controlled environment.
- Model Freddie Mac values, competencies, and desired cultural behaviors; encourage others to do the same.
Qualifications:
- Typically has 5-7 years Secondary Market experience
- College degree or equivalent Secondary Mortgage Market experience
- Understanding of the JSON data structure and experience in generating reports using JSON formats.
- Experience working with MongoDB for data querying and understanding document-based data storage.
- Experience in Snowflake cloud-based data warehouse, Postgres, and MicroStrategy for SQL reporting.
- Ability to interpret robust data dictionaries and sophisticated table structures used to manage the PMA application.
- Ability to tabulate data from reports and understand databases to identify their purpose and dependencies
- Knowledge of doing business with Freddie Mac as a Seller, including familiarity with the Seller/Servicer Guide
- Understanding of Single-Family Pricing policies, procedures & processes.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $99,000 - $149,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
