The Regal Rexnord Couplings group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape pricing strategies by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy, streamline processes, and support decisions that drive profitability and customer value. Key Responsibilities 

  • Support pricing activities by analyzing data and preparing reports for management decisions. 

  • Use basic statistics and math to help with pricing decisions, such as understanding how price changes affect sales and profits. 

  • Assist with setting up and maintaining customer master data within the ERP system to ensure business requirements are achieved. Learn about the industry, company products, and how they provide value to customers. 

  • Respond to pricing inquiries and support the resolution of price. 

  • Gather and organize data from different systems (like SAP and Salesforce) to create useful reports. 

  • Build simple dashboards and reports using Excel or Power BI. 

  • Prepare clear, data driven reports and presentations for stakeholders. 

  • Ensure pricing accuracy across systems and support process improvements. 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling, or pricing methodologies (Including experience through Internships or School Projects). 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 

  • Critical thinker with a drive for continuous improvement. 

  • Basic business understanding and willingness to learn. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

  • Excellent automation knowledge, Excel skills, and ability to create and manipulate data to solve complex problems 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (including presentation-building) with diverse, cross-functional teams. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the organization. 

  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. 

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
