We are searching for a remote Marketing Operations Manager.  The Marketing Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving direct-to-consumer sales, operational efficiency and strategic execution of PreSonus marketing initiatives. This role manages critical marketing platforms, oversees revenue-driving programs, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and mentor a highly motivated team focused on CRM, advertising operations and online properties, such as PreSonus.com, My.PreSonus.com and PreSonusAcademy.com.
  • Manage and optimize the PreSonus marketing technology stack (CRM, email marketing, analytics, and automation platforms).
  • Responsible for the implementation of DTC (direct-to-consumer) initiatives and track DTC online revenue goals for PreSonus hardware and software products.
  • Responsible for the publication and maintenance of all online content across platforms, including product, solution and webstore pages.
  • Lead global merchandising strategies on web, retail channels, and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to help drive US trade and retail marketing programs for key channel accounts.
  • Oversee integrations between marketing and sales tools to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Manage outside agencies to execute advertising across key online accounts and oversee marketing operations contracts and agreements with 3rd party services and vendors
  • Track, measure, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Implement attribution models to assess marketing impact.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms.
  • 4+ years of experience in pro audio and recording-related fields.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fender is required by law in certain jurisdictions to include a pay scale in the job posting for this position.  “Pay scale” means the salary or hourly wage range that Fender reasonably expects to pay for this position; it is neither a promise nor a guarantee of the compensation that the successful candidate will receive.  The pay scale for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that Fender considers in making compensation decisions, including, without limitation: skill set, experience, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.  If this is a remote position, the pay scale disclosed herein may be adjusted further based upon the applicable geographic differential associated with the location from which the successful candidate will work.  Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $90,000.00- $115,000.00
