Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the commercial team to guide prospects in defining measurable project success criteria, implementation methodology, and timeline.
- Deep collaboration with the Presales Architects to assist in defining the right solution and technology is being deployed to address the Customers clinical/business needs.
- Leverage best practice workflows to define and quantify the scope of process redesign, functional deployment, and implementation effort for assigned engagements.
- Partner with service and organizational readiness leaders to align professional services with resource utilization needs for project delivery.
- Develop the statement of work for the commercial sales team.
- Review sales quotes for all large, complex deals
- Manage SOW repository and implement regular template updates.
- Manage and update the Smartsheet tracking tool enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with tool developer to design & build a tool to quote software & professional services for all Enterprise Imaging and Cardiology Solutions.
- Design and manage the Sales Design Document (SDD), with a strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of sales team engagement with Presales and streamline the transition to the project team.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, with a focus on Enterprise Imaging and Cardiology workflows.
- Strong knowledge of GE HealthCare’s SEI solutions and its business impact.
- Strong knowledge of project management and system deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Skilled in leading and collaborating with remote and matrixed teams.
- Willing and able to travel up to 20%.

- Possesses in-depth knowledge of clinical workflows
