Prep CDRP

Job Description
Have solid knowledge of bag prep, spice, hand pre-weigh and all products' requirements. Identify any quality concerns with the ingredients, allergen labeling or cleans/changeovers.
Specific Duties

• Prep Ingredients
• Weigh up spices
• Pull ingredients into prep room
• Shovel for multi-fill
• Operate equipment
• Clean equipment
• Hand-preweigh
• Complete all required documentation / IQS Entries
• Quality (verify product quality, date codes, weight distribution, seal integrity, label verification, case quality)
• Safety (follow all required safe work practices-ie: PPE, JSA)
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Experience/Skill Level

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must be able to work in a safe manner.
• Must ensure quality products are being packaged.

• Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures. Responsible for Q-RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document
