Premium Auditor conducts audits for small to medium-sized WC accounts, applying NCCI and WCIRB guidelines accurately. This role emphasizes learning and growth while contributing to department goals and embodying NEXT's core values of phenomenal service, daring to simplify, being unstoppable, and playing as a team.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Standard WC Audits: Perform audits for accounts with premiums below $5,999, ensuring compliance with NCCI classification rules.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed audit records and update systems promptly.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate audit requirements and findings clearly to clients.

 

What We Need:

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Certification: Certification with WCIRB, PAAS TAP, or APA is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in premium auditing or related fields is a plus.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire hourly rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US hourly range for this full-time position:
$25$30 USD
