The Regional On Premise team is responsible for growing Red Bull's presence across the On Premise channel within the assigned region. This includes sales, marketing, and distribution efforts across both commercial and non-commercial environments, excluding National and Key Accounts. The team creates meaningful consumer connections and brings the Red Bull brand to life through partnerships, experiences, and activations.

The On Premise Marketing Manager (OPMM) brings Red Bull's national On Premise Marketing strategy to life at the regional level. This role leads industry and consumer marketing initiatives that expand brand reach, strengthen Red Bull's premium position in the market, and create impactful experiences that drive consumer engagement and category growth.

As the primary marketing partner to the regional On Premise team, the OPMM serves as the go-to resource for brand, trade, consumer, and industry-related initiatives. This role oversees the end-to-end planning and execution of regional festivals and third-party events, while coaching and supporting local On Premise teams to ensure high-quality execution. The OPMM also works closely with Event Managers responsible for festival and third-party event execution, providing strategic guidance and partnering to ensure activations are effectively executed and supported by impactful marketing initiatives.

Job Description

EXECUTE ON PREMISE MARKETING STRATEGY

Be well versed regarding national and local consumer and category insights and trends, as well as connected to key influential industry opinion leaders

Make sure the right On Premise Marketing initiatives permeates the overall On Premise Annual business plan

Based on insights, bring innovation and/or evolution to existing industry and consumer initiatives and tools in order to address business opportunities

Focus resources into strategies and initiatives that support the channel to bridge the gap between consumption and relevance in On Premise occasions

 

DRIVE CONSUMER & INDUSTRY STRATEGIES FOR SCALE & IMPACT

Coach field team into high quality account & event activation

Ensure knowledge and high-quality implementation of the right product offer, product experience and trial

Ensure the right industry marketing program to win bar staff and decision makers

Support allocation of POS tools and monitor their correct placement

Lead consumer activation programs driving engagement and volume uplift in the On Premise

Leverage our brand assets to win new consumers

Track, record and evaluate all results of marketing activities implemented

 

LEAD THE ON PREMISE TEAM IN MARKETING INITIATIVES

Be the marketing enabler for On Premise, interacting and adding value to independent & national accounts, distribution and events

Onboard and train OP teams such as On Premise Distribution Managers, Regional On Premise Managers, Food Service Specialists, and Musketeers

Implement a customer centric mentality within your territory

Gather and share best practices locally, nationally and internationally

 

EXPAND REACH & DRIVE TRIAL THROUGH EVENTS

Increase reach and consumption in events by initiating and leading contract negotiations, as well as the overall project management from planning to execution

Localize and implement the Event’s strategy, blocking competition and driving vertical and horizontal growth

Implement the right industry and consumer marketing initiatives in order to raise consumption on site at festivals

 

LEVERAGE MARKETING ASSETS INTO THE ON PREMISE

Build relevance and consumption through strong cross departmental collaborations driving existing and new marketing assets into the OP

Qualifications

3+ years marketing in a commercial environment 

Experience in On Premise sales, marketing, or distribution 

Experience in live event production and experiential marketing  

People leadership/management experience preferred 

Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur 

Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment 

Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen 

Highly-developed planning, prioritization and organizational ability 

Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales and customer data) 

Excellent communication, active listening negotiation skills are a must 

Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends) 

Bachelor’s Degree prefered

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage 

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - 138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
