We are seeking an experienced Premises Liability Case Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of premises liability claims from intake through settlement
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, and case documentation
- Assist attorneys with case development and strategy
- Maintain accurate case notes and ensure deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong experience handling premises liability cases (slip and fall, negligent security, etc.)
- Experience working with U.S.-based law firms
- Preferred: Experience handling cases in Texas or California
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
