About The Role

As an IP Fabric Solutions Architect focused showing the value of our product and on automation and ecosystem integrations, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to prospects and customers.

  • You’ll build and deliver tailored demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept, and representative prototype demo integration solutions with key IT platforms.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to show how IP Fabric seamlessly fits into modern network automation and observability workflows.
  • Your ultimate goal as an IP Fabric Pre-Sales Solution Architect is to create the right conditions for a technical win, and help convert into a successful commercial win. 
  • You will be the primary technical point of contact for new IP Fabric clients. From the prospect's initial engagement to the time they become a new customer, the IP Fabric Pre-Sales Solution Architect delivers custom solutions to meet customer expectations.

What You’ll Do 
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and prospects
  • Design and deliver live demonstrations of IP Fabric, highlighting integrations with:
    • ServiceNow (CMDB sync, incident automation)
    • NetBox (intent vs state comparisons, inventory integration)
    • Network to Code tooling (IaC, Nornir, automation pipelines)
  • Create Proof-of-Concept (PoC) environments to validate IP Fabric’s capabilities
  • Develop and maintain demo scripts, automation playbooks, and integration blueprints
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to provide feedback and prioritize integration features
  • Conduct enablement sessions for internal teams and partner ecosystems
  • Support RFPs, technical evaluations, and customer workshops as needed
What You'll Need
  • Technical Skills:

    • 4+ years in networking, network engineering, or network automation roles
    • Strong understanding of L2/L3 protocols etc. (BGP, OSPF, VRF, ACLs, VLANs)
    • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Python scripting, and automation tools
    • Experience with will make you stand out among applicants:
      • ServiceNow CMDB structures, APIs, and workflow automation
      • NetBox (as network source of truth and/or inventory management)
      • Network to Code automation stack (Nornir, ntc-templates, etc.)
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, YAML/JSON, and network compliance frameworks (NIST, STIG, etc.)

    Customer-Facing Experience:

    • Proven ability to deliver tailored demos and translate technical features into business value
    • Experience working directly with enterprise IT teams and decision-makers
    • Manage project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have 
  • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, DevNet, ServiceNow, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with IP Fabric or similar assurance, network monitoring or orchestration platforms (as user or integrator)
  • Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in network compliance, segmentation, or security validation
  • Proven wins as a technical pre-sales solutions engineer/architect
  • Ability to code in Python or similar, sufficient to develop customer prototype integration solutions for customers
  • Strong Understanding of NetDevOps workflows
