The Pre-Sales Consultant will manage pre-sales activities, collaborate with sales teams, prepare proposals, and assist in solution presentations while maintaining a database of resources.
This is a remote position.
The Pre-Sales Consultant will support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “commercial and technical close” in complex solutions. The PSC will collaborate with sales and solution manager to ensure proposed deals include right solutions that accurately address customer needs.
Will support sales team in winning the deals with target value and margin.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualize solutions with support of solution team, proposal preparation, approach document preparation, product and services mapping.
- Building and maintaining the database repository using previous and existing RFPs, RFIs, Presentations, Case Studies, Capability Presentations, Collaterals etc for future reference.
- Develop Business Presentations in line with the organizations business practices.
- Taking the BOM from RFP / Requirement gathered by sales team / solution team.
- Coordinating with respective OEMs / contractor / solution team for licensing and professional services costing.
- Bid management: Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP / RFO response, conceptualize solutions, proposal preparation, approach document preparation, service mapping.
- Understand client requirements and conceptualize solutions with support of solution team. To be well acquainted with processes, operations, strategy & financials of the company.
- Assist in preparing solution demo and eventually should handle demos on his/her own.
- MIS knowledge Management: Building and maintaining the database repository using previous and existing RFPs, RFIs, Presentations, Case studies, Capability Presentations, Collaterals etc.
Requirements
- BE / B-Tech (Computer Engineering / Information Technology) / BCA / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Inter C A / C.A.or / ICWA )
- Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in any ERP product line or freshers as Trainee
