Position Overview:
The Pre-Approval Manager is responsible for managing the loan officers’ schedules. The Pre-Approval Manager also manages the branch lead tracker, branch database, and maintains business rapport.

This position operates within the Central working hours to support the Midwest Region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the Branch Manager.

  • Take all incoming calls.

  • Schedule regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics and operations.

  • Meet branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.

  • Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele.

  • Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, files, analysis within allotted branch deadlines.

  • Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years’ residential mortgage experience.

  • Encompass experience, required.

  • Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred.

  • Excellent math and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

  • Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.

Pay Range: 

  • Hourly Rate: $20.00-$40.00

  • Eligible for bonus incentive.

  • The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position
