Job Responsibilities:
Brindar apoyo en las actividades de comunicación interna, diseño gráfico, gestión de contenidos digitales y organización de eventos corporativos, con el objetivo de fortalecer la cultura organizacional, mejorar la difusión de información clave y fomentar el sentido de pertenencia entre los colaboradores.
Actividades Principales:

• Diseñar materiales gráficos (carteles, banners, presentaciones) para campañas de comunicación interna.
• Redactar mensajes, comunicados, boletines y textos para difusión en medios internos.
• Apoyar en la organización, logística y cobertura de eventos corporativos (fotografía, video, decoración).
• Administrar publicaciones en plataformas digitales internas y redes sociales corporativas.
• Tomar y editar fotografías o videos de eventos y actividades de la empresa.
• Apoyar en el desarrollo de contenido creativo para reforzar la cultura organizacional.
• Monitorear y dar seguimiento a la participación y alcance de campañas internas.
• Colaborar con otras áreas como Recursos Humanos, Seguridad o Producción para difundir información clave.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante o recien egresado de Comunicación, Mercadotecnia, Diseño Gráfico o carreras afines.
• Contar con seguro facultativo vigente.
• Disponibilidad para cubrir horario de prácticas de lunes a viernes.

Conocimientos básicos en:

• Diseño gráfico (Canva, Illustrator o Photoshop).
• Redacción y ortografía.
• Manejo de redes sociales o plataformas de comunicación interna.
• Edición de video (deseable).
• Creatividad, proactividad y buena actitud de servicio.
