We are looking for a skilled, analytical, and security-cleared Power Platform Developer to join our fully remote team and help drive high-impact solutions for our clients.

Position Overview

As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain secure enterprise applications. You will leverage your expert knowledge in Model-Driven apps, custom web resources, and Power Automate flows to solve complex business challenges. This position requires an active Secret Clearance and offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development: Architect and build advanced Model-Driven Applications, developing custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs to extend out-of-the-box functionalities.

  • Automation & Integration: Design and deploy expert-level Power Automate workflows and integrate them cleanly with intermediate-level Azure services, including Azure Entra, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.

  • Solutions Management: Manage and transport Power Platform Solutions across environments using best practices for ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

  • DevOps & Version Control: Maintain the DevOps story by utilizing GitHub for source code management, branch strategies, and version control.

  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Act as a tier-3 technical escalation point to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve deep technical defects across all integrated technologies.

  • Documentation & Business Value: Document codebase, solution architectures, and business rules cleanly, ensuring every technical update maps directly back to tangible business value.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Clearance: Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (required).

  • Power Platform: Expert-level experience in Model-Driven Application development and Power Automate Flow creation.

  • Web Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and working with REST APIs.

  • Azure Infrastructure: Intermediate knowledge of Azure Entra (formerly Azure AD), Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.

  • Solutions & DevOps: Intermediate understanding of Power Platform Solutions management and a solid general understanding of GitHub/source code management.

  • Core Engineering: Proven coding experience combined with a sharp logical mindset and rigorous troubleshooting capabilities.
