THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur or experienced industry executive to join our Equity Team as a Portfolio Partner, exclusively focused on supporting our portfolio companies. This role does not involve direct investment responsibilities but instead emphasizes strategic and operational support, leveraging deep entrepreneurial experience to enhance the growth and success of our portfolio.  The role could be full or part time, depending on the candidate’s profile.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational advisory support to portfolio founders and leadership teams across various stages of growth.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship based on personal experience scaling, operating, and exiting successful ventures.
  • Facilitate connections and resources within the broader BITKRAFT network, strategic partners and beyond.
  • Assist portfolio companies with key operational initiatives including fundraising, organizational scaling, driving product-market fit, developing go-to-market strategies, and leadership development.
  • Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor for portfolio leadership, sharing insights and perspectives to navigate complex entrepreneurial challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the BITKRAFT Equity Team to identify needs and proactively support portfolio companies effectively.  Proactively pre-empt potential portfolio company challenges and keep BITKRAFT leadership apprised of strengths and weaknesses of its portfolio companies
  • In some cases, candidates may serve in BITKRAFT’s board seats for portfolio companies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven entrepreneurial track record with experience founding, funding, scaling, and successfully exiting a business (ideally within gaming, interactive entertainment,technology, or adjacent enterprise or consumer verticals).
  • Deep operational expertise and a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting fellow entrepreneurs.
  • Exceptional strategic acumen, tactical execution capabilities and the ability to effectively communicate complex insights clearly and impactfully.
  • Strong network within the gaming and technology ecosystems to bring immediate value to portfolio companies.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a flexible or part-time capacity, providing targeted support where most impactful.
  • Highly collaborative mindset, excellent judgment, mature, high EQ and eager to engage closely with portfolio companies and BITKRAFT Ventures team.
