  • Rethink and refine the current workflow process detailed below.

Process & Platform Stewardship

  • Manage internal PM tools and workflows, including PMR (Portfolio Management Request) queue oversight, system administration, and process documentation.
  • Act as the central coordinator for client onboarding processes, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Ops, and Compliance to ensure new mandates are set up efficiently and accurately.
  • Participate in the quarterly rollout process for model and process enhancements, ensuring clarity, coordination, and visibility across teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the PM team and internal stakeholders including Client Communications, Investment Analytics and Data, Product, Marketing, and Compliance.
  • Coordinate recurring client-facing deliverables (e.g., quarterly commentary), collaborating across departments to ensure delivery, quality, and compliance.

Simulation Oversight

  • Oversee simulation workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytics that support strategic client conversations.
  • Coordinate with other teams to maintain and refine simulation workflows and templates, with an eye toward transparency, scalability, and integration into client conversations.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Promote documentation discipline and proactive knowledge transfer. Maintain and evolve strategy documentation, onboarding protocols, and cross-functional processes.
  • Ensure team-wide clarity on process ownership and system access, enabling stronger handoffs and better continuity in support of client-facing work.

Client Reporting & Marketing Coordination

  • Manage inputs and timelines for quarterly reporting processes, including coordination of EPM updates and commentary submissions to Client Comms.
  • Own the annual update and delivery of data-driven marketing content such as strategy metrics and stylized stock examples used in client materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in investment operations, client onboarding, internal product/project management, or a cross-functional delivery role in asset management.
  • Strong understanding of institutional investment processes, including portfolio construction, client guidelines, and implementation workflows.
  • Proven experience managing and developing team members and delegating responsibilities effectively.
  • Familiarity with key tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Salesforce, Python, Git, project management platforms) and comfort interfacing with IT/data teams.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills—able to work across investment and non-investment functions to drive outcomes.
  • Enthusiasm for improving how teams operate, bringing fresh ideas, operational discipline, and a collaborative spirit.
