Lucidya is on a mission to transform how businesses grow by putting Product-Led Growth (PLG) at the heart of our SaaS strategy. We are building a self-serve product experience that empowers users to onboard seamlessly, discover value faster, and adopt features with minimal friction.
We’re looking for a PLG Product Designer to craft delightful, data-informed self-serve experiences that increase adoption, activation, and retention.
About the RoleAs a PLG Product Designer, you will:
- Design onboarding flows, dashboards, landing pages, and in-app guidance that reduce friction and drive engagement.
- Partner closely with PMs, Analysts, Engineers, and PMMs to create seamless PLG journeys.
- Build reusable UI components and ensure design system consistency across modules.
- Create persona-driven and contextual UX that makes product adoption effortless.
- Contribute to Lucidya’s growth experiments with UX tailored to activation and conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who loves designing smooth, intuitive, and inclusive user experiences that balance usability with growth.
What You’ll Do- Design onboarding flows, interactive checklists, modals, and tooltips.
- Build reusable UI components for banners, dashboards, and popups.
- Create persona-driven adaptive dashboards informed by data and user feedback.
- Craft embedded help, microinteractions, and visual feedback for smoother user journeys.
- Collaborate on trial, upgrade, and pricing page UX to improve conversions.
- Ensure cross-module UX consistency with Social Listening and OmniServe product teams.
- Apply WCAG/ARIA standards and multilingual support across designs.
- Maintain and evolve Lucidya’s design system for scalability and consistency.
- Faster Activation: Intuitive onboarding flows that reduce time-to-value.
- Higher Engagement: In-app guidance and adaptive dashboards that increase feature adoption.
- Improved Conversion: Optimized upgrade and pricing experiences.
- Consistency: Scalable design patterns aligned with Lucidya’s design system.
- Accessibility: Inclusive, multilingual UX that meets WCAG/ARIA standards.
- 3+ years in UX/UI or product design, ideally in SaaS/B2B.
- Strong product thinking and a portfolio showing structured design decisions.
- Experience with PLG-focused UX: onboarding, trials, tooltips, and growth flows.
- Familiarity with WCAG/ARIA accessibility standards and multilingual design.
- Experience creating scalable UI components within design systems.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for removing friction in user journeys.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
