The US base salary range for this full-time position is 91,800.00 USD - 114,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Lead and support evening and overnight Responsible Gaming operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage a team of approximately 15 teammates across varied roles and schedules, fostering performance, development, and engagement.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex Responsible Gaming cases, providing strategic guidance and risk-informed decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring key metrics, SLAs, and reporting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless, player-centric Responsible Gaming experience.
- Stay current on Responsible Gaming trends and regulatory changes, supporting rapid alignment and proactive response.
- Champion strategies and best practices that reinforce responsible play across the organization.
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading high-performing support or operations teams, including coaching, performance management, and people development.
- Strong understanding of Responsible Gaming principles, risk identification, and compliance requirements.
- Strong judgment and data-driven decision-making skills, especially under time pressure or during complex escalations.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with dashboards, reporting tools, and case systems to identify trends and drive informed action.
- Flexibility to work a late afternoon/evening schedule with coverage extending into overnight hours, including adjustments for peak events, seasonal demand, emergent cases, and rotational weekend/holiday coverage.
