As a Senior Platform Product Marketing Manager at EvenUp, you'll be the voice and strategic driver for our platform offerings. You’ll partner across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to define the narrative, develop messaging, launch new capabilities, enable the field, and fuel customer and partner adoption. Your work enables both internal teams and external partners to tell a unified, compelling story about our platform’s value.

What You’ll Do
  • Craft Strategic Narrative & GTM: Define the value proposition and messaging for EvenUp’s platform—spanning core capabilities, integrations, and cross-product features. Drive go-to-market strategies that shape positioning, launches, campaigns, and ecosystem engagement.

  • Partner with Product, Sales & Engineering: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, and enablement to align roadmap priorities, messaging, and launch strategy.

  • Think Creatively About Content & Campaigns: Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to how we tell our story in the market. Develop compelling collateral, campaigns, and creative assets—ranging from solution briefs to demos to thought-leadership content—that capture attention and resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and aspirations. Use these insights to refine messaging, shape campaigns, and create customer-centric content. Develop advocates who can amplify our story through case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing opportunities.

  • Enable Sales & Internal Teams: Creative imaginative enablement materials—such as sales playbooks, competitive insights, one-pagers, solution briefs, presentations, demos—to empower teams to articulate platform value with confidence and creativity

  • Launch & Market Expansion: Lead platform-level launches and promotional initiatives. Experiment with new ways to engage customers and prospects across digital, social, analyst relations, events, and demand generation.

  • Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive intel, and customer insights to refine messaging, uncover new opportunities, and support strategic planning.

What You Bring
  • Experience & Skills

    • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with platform or integration experience strongly preferred.

    • A creative thinker who isn’t afraid to experiment with bold ideas, unconventional formats, and new campaign approaches

    • Familiarity with AI-driven products and concepts, and the ability to translate them into clear, differentiated customer value.

    • Strong relationship builder who thrives on customer engagement and can translate customer feedback into impactful messaging, product and marketing initiatives

    • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience influencing product, sales, and executive stakeholders

    • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to validate ideas and measure impact.

    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities

    • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Nice to Haves

    • Experience in platform marketing for legal, personal injury, cloud, data, AI, or integration products (e.g. public cloud platforms).

    • Familiarity with developer ecosystems, partner channels, or app marketplaces.

    • Background in enterprise GTM strategies, analyst relations, and field enablement.

    • Experience in Legal Tech, personal injury or adjacent industries — an understanding of how technology is transforming legal workflows is a strong plus.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
