Who we are looking for

The Global NAV Production Development Lead will require a strong understanding of Net Asset Value (NAV) production platforms within a global accounting environment. The individual will bring strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive modernization, resilience, and innovation across mission-critical NAV production systems.

Work Arrangement: North Quincy, MA

What you will be responsible for

As the Global NAV Production Development Lead:

  • Lead solution design, development, testing, and production support across the global NAV Production platform.

  • Work closely with business, operations, and product teams to develop and execute a multi-year strategy for the NAV Production value stream.

  • Modernize NAV Production platforms through public cloud adoption and hybrid architectures, integrating with existing mainframe systems.

  • Ensure NAV Production applications support regulatory, cyber security, resiliency, and operational risk requirements.

  • Mentor team members by providing feedback, coaching, and guidance to engineering and delivery teams.

  • Lead multiple Agile teams and manage technology programs to ensure end-to-end execution and delivery.

  • Collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring performance and deliverables meet program requirements.

  • Leverage AI and Agentic AI capabilities to improve automation, exception management, reconciliation, and operational efficiency.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in NAV, fund accounting, cloud, and AI to drive innovation.

  • Develop and manage program budgets, clearly communicating resource needs, constraints, and risks.

  • Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.

  • Communicate program progress, issues, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Review and recommend tools and processes to improve automation and straight-through processing.

What we value

  • Strong experience in technology leadership roles supporting NAV Production or Fund Accounting platforms.

  • Experience leading multiple Agile teams delivering concurrently across complex platforms.

  • Strong understanding of financial services with a focus on NAV Production and Asset Servicing.

  • Experience modernizing platforms using public cloud technologies in regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with mainframe technologies and integration patterns.

  • Hands-on experience applying AI, machine learning, and Agentic AI in enterprise environments.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Proven success managing large, complex global technology programs.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology or program management roles within financial services.

  • 6+ years of experience working in an Agile ecosystem.

  • Strong experience with NAV Production and Fund Accounting platforms.

  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Experience with vendor engagement and management.

  • Experience supporting production systems in a highly regulated environment.

Work Requirement

  • In office 4 days a week

  • 9am to 5pm

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $282,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
