  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working with third-party vendor integrations (e.g. Confluence, Slack, SharePoint, Exalate).
  • High proficiency in Jira development, from custom workflows to advanced scripting.
  • Experience with data manipulation and complex data management.
  • Experience with integrations using APIs and middleware tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate a growing, fast-paced organization.
  • Jira certifications are highly preferred.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

What you’ll be working on:

  • Platform Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our Jira environment, ensuring best practices in configuration and customization.
  • Complex Global Instance: Work closely with multiple verticals and functional groups within the DRW group to achieve consensus and a single set of common business processes and practices. Data security is of paramount importance to the implementation across all areas of the platform.
  • Consultant Management and Collaboration: Work closely with external Jira consultants where necessary to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Support: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored Jira solutions to drive adoption and efficiency.
  • Integration: Manage Jira integrations with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Jira best practices, new features, and trends to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
