Job Responsibilities:
Planeación y control del Mantenimiento Preventivo y Predictivo, así como la administración de las herramientas necesarias para la toma de decisiones en el departamento.
Ser capaz de generar la planeación del mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo de los equipos para garantizar su buen funcionamiento evitando así el mantenimiento correctivo y como resultado cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente en tiempo y forma.
Ser capaz de identificar los diferentes tipos de componentes (mecánicos, neumáticos, hidráulicos, eléctricos y de control) de los equipos, así como de mantener el stock mínimo de refacciones para evitar los tiempos muertos y se pueda dar cumplimiento al programa de producción.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Ingeniería
FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 1 año en la industria automotriz en puesto similar
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:
- Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo
- Componentes mecánicos, neumáticos, hidráulicos, eléctricos y de control
- Interpretación de manuales de refacciones
- Módulos que apliquen de SAP
- Conocimiento del Equipo y Herramientas de Mantenimiento Prensas
- Conocimiento en Share Point (Web)
- Office básico
- Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen
- SPC Básico
IDIOMAS:
Inglés Intermedio
