Job Description:

We are looking for a Ping Identity and Access Manager (IAM) Architect to design, implement, and maintain our IAM solutions, ensuring the security and accessibility of our systems. This fully remote position will require expertise in Ping Identity products and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, plan, and implement identity and access management solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize PingFederate and PingAccess to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate IAM systems with various applications, databases, and directories.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Develop and implement access control policies and practices.
  • Monitor and analyze access and identity data to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on IAM best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance IAM capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Ping Identity and Access Manager Architect.
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Ping Identity products, including PingFederate and PingAccess preferred.
  • Experience with SSO, MFA, and other IAM protocols and technologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity solutions is a preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Relevant certifications such as Ping Identity Certified Professional (PCIP) preferred.
