The Role: 

We are looking for a Developer with strong skills in PICK Basic and experience with UniVerse or similar MultiValue environment. Dealership Management System experience is a plus (CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds). This individual will work directly within a SCRUM team to maintain and support an enterprise PICK basic application used to integrate with thousands of dealership management systems throughout the United States and Canada. This individual will also write and maintain custom programs for some of our individual dealership clients. 

The Impact You Will Have in This Role: 

We are looking for a tech savvy individual with a strong desire to learn and can become the SME of this application system. A self-motivated individual who can work with minimum supervision to come in and hit the ground running. This individual needs to have strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and be detailed oriented.

 What You'll Be Doing in This Role: 

  • Work within a SCRUM team to troubleshoot, resolve issues, enhance functionality, define user requirements and analyze workflows
  • Code, test and implement enhancements for new and existing programs
  • Document and maintain program procedures, system updates and maintenance

Qualifications of this Role: 

  • 5+ years programming experience in PICK, UniVerse or similar MultiValue environment
  • Experience with Dealership Management Systems (CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds) a plus
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry a plus
