About Massive Bio

Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in the US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

About the Opportunity

Trial Relay is Massive Bio's cancer-focused application for physicians, and we are preparing its major launch. This role runs the day-to-day marketing of Trial Relay, in close partnership with its product manager and working closely with company leadership throughout.

We are looking for someone who has already marketed a digital product to physicians in the US, knows what drives physician adoption, and can move fast from day one. The role starts with Trial Relay and may extend into our broader patient and provider growth channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Trial Relay launch and marketing plan with US physicians, bringing what has worked in previous physician-facing launches.

  • Plan and run campaigns across email, paid and organic social, search, and physician networks to grow Trial Relay sign-ups and active use.

  • Create the launch content physicians see, including messaging, landing pages, demo videos, and email sequences, with our content and growth teams.

  • Work with the Trial Relay product manager to align marketing with product releases and bring physician feedback into the product.

  • Equip our provider engagement team with campaigns and materials that support Trial Relay adoption in oncology practices.

  • Track physician sign-ups, activation, and ongoing use, report results to leadership, and shift effort toward what works.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Required:

  • Hands-on experience marketing a digital product to physicians in the US.

  • Measurable results growing physician sign-ups, adoption, or active use.

  • Able to plan, launch, and measure campaigns at startup speed.

  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, build-mode environment, working with product and engineering teams across time zones.

Preferred:

  • Oncology experience.

  • Background at a digital health or physician-facing technology company.

  • Experience across patient and provider growth channels.

  • Familiarity with clinical trials.
