About Us

Are you ready to build the future of supply chain? At Gather AI, we're not just creating software; we're pioneering a new era of warehouse intelligence. We've developed a groundbreaking, vision-powered platform that uses autonomous drones and existing equipment to capture real-time data, completely digitizing workflows that have historically been manual and error-prone. This means facilities operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently, ultimately redefining "on-time, in full" delivery.

If you're looking for an opportunity to contribute to truly transformative technology and make a significant impact in a vital industry, Gather AI is the place for you. We're leading the charge in the rapidly evolving robotics industry, and we invite you to join us in reshaping the global supply chain, one intelligent warehouse at a time.

About You
As the Physical Channel Manager, you will be the primary link between Gather AI and our strategic partners (MHE OEMs, Warehouse Consultants, and Integrated Solution Providers). You will scale our market reach by empowering partners to deploy our AI-enabled Intelligence Platform for Intralogistics. This role requires a blend of high-level relationship management and technical fluency in how Physical AI integrates into modern supply chain workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Ecosystem Growth: Identify and recruit high-value partners in the logistics and automation space who can benefit from adding autonomous inventory monitoring to their portfolio.
  • Enablement & Training: Lead technical and commercial workshops to ensure partners can confidently pitch, demo, and support Gather AI’s Physical AI platform.
  • Strategic Co-Selling: Work alongside partner sales teams to navigate complex enterprise deals, ensuring the value proposition of "real-time warehouse visibility" is clearly communicated.
  • Integration Advocacy: Collaborate with partners to ensure Gather AI’s data feeds seamlessly into their customers' existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
  • Market Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, funneling partner insights back to the Product team to help shape the future of our Physical AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in Channel Management or Business Development, specifically within Supply Chain Tech, Robotics, or Industrial AI.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy challenges (shrinkage, misplacements), and the 3PL landscape.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort discussing AI concepts like Computer Vision, Edge Computing, and API integrations without breaking a sweat.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex "Physical AI" jargon into clear ROI for warehouse managers and C-suite executives.
