Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee our pharmacy operations in Qatar from our regional office in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant pharmacy operations, driving strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance service delivery in Qatar
- Ensure compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations and pharmacy practices
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and financial aspects of pharmacy operations
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and profitability
- Oversee quality control measures and maintain high standards of patient safety and care
