As a New Business Support Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service, support, and administrative tasks to ensure a flawless money movement of client funds. You will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on participant rollovers in a timely manner

  • Respond to participant inquiries promptly

  • Work directly with financial intermediaries to channel assets into John Hancock

  • Communicate with Third Party Administrators and Plan Sponsors to facilitate the rollover process

  • Complete daily and weekly operational activities following department policies and procedures

  • Respond to routine inquiries from various operation teams, both internal and external

  • Oversee data integrity requirements

  • Proactively share knowledge to ensure team objectives are met

How will you create impact?

Personal Financial Services is John Hancock’s participant-facing, transaction-based services that are specifically designed to help individuals with their most critical decisions throughout the participant journey.  You will support three dedicated call centers with 90+ licensed associates helping participants move assets to their retirement plan with John Hancock.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (great opportunity for a New Graduate!)

  • Excellent written communication, phone demeanor, and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of financial services is a plus

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
