Title: Personal Lines Sales Representative

About the Role: Handles a high volume of sales opportunities from various lead sources and partners via inbound calls and outbound opportunities. Advises on coverage and offers multiple product lines to clients to close business and meet or exceed monthly business goals and objectives, including a monthly sales target. Diligently updates the CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups. Serves as an advisor on primarily Homeowners Insurance and Auto Insurance, as well as all other P&C product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Solutions: Devise creative solutions to meet client needs regarding coverage and costs.
- Pipeline Management: Own the entire top-of-funnel pipeline, including identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
- Client Research: Conduct client research and gather necessary information to ensure proper coverage.
- Online Rating: Perform any necessary or requested online rating.
- Application Preparation: Prepare complete, accurate applications and submit them to carriers.
- Coverage Evaluation: Evaluate coverage and pricing.
- Quote Proposals: Generate and present quote proposals.
- Binding Coverages: Bind coverages.
- KPI Adherence: Adhere to contact center KPIs.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Cross-Selling: Maximize opportunities by cross-selling/bundling available lines of business.
- Follow-Up: Make necessary follow-ups to ensure no lost opportunities.
- CRM Updates: Keep CRM current with updated notes on sales progression.
- Underwriter Contact: Contact underwriters and submit forms when necessary to obtain Evidence of Insurance.
- Policy Fulfillment: Ensure policy requirements are fulfilled, including the completion of appropriate forms.
- Carrier Training: Attend required carrier trainings and team meetings to learn about new products and services.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing growth and ensure continuous improvement of professional skills through active involvement in internal and external development opportunities.

- Performance Communication: Maintain frequent and transparent communication regarding individual performance and activities with the supervisor, and seek, accept, and implement performance coaching.
- Client Service: Deliver outstanding client service at all times, including proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining frequent and professional client communication, and responding quickly to any sales-related requests.
- Schedule Adherence: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules, including scheduled breaks, lunches, and team meetings
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid Property & Casualty license with the ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
- Home and Auto Insurance Sales: Experience in selling both home and auto insurance, with knowledge of policies, coverage options, and regulations. At least 1 year of home quoting experience with multiple carriers, and proficiency in navigating carrier platforms and systems.
- Call Center Experience: At least 2 years in a call center environment, handling high call volumes and managing inquiries efficiently.
- Sales Goals and Metrics: Success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and metrics, with a strong understanding of sales strategies for business growth.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal/written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Office equipment experience and PC and internet proficiency.
- Customer Service & Organizational Skills: Exceptional customer service, multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
- Work Volume & Adaptability: Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy, to work independently and in a team environment, and to adapt to changing work environments.
- Must have a designated, exclusive place of work with sufficient size to accommodate any necessary equipment as well as a desk and chair.
- Network speed minimum of 55 kbps up and down with static IP

Salary Range
The expected pay range for this position is $21.00-21.63 per hour, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
