About the Role:

We are seeking an Account Manager with experience in Personal Lines insurance who will guide our clients through every step of the process. In this role, you will play a key part in providing a seamless, customer-centric experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospects and insureds through the new business process

  • Review accounts for appropriate and proper coverage

  • Review and update renewals regularly

  • Upsell and cross-sell personal lines of accounts

  • Resolve issues by following up with clients and carriers

  • Manage new and renewal registration procedures

  • Maintain organized electronic records and files

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of Personal Lines experience in an agency setting

  • A valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license

  • Strong knowledge of Applied EPIC Agency Management System

  • A passion for learning, growth, and delivering outstanding customer service

*Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000*
