Pay: $57,000 - $68,000 CAD
Starting Pay: $57,000 - $65,250 CAD

The Role

Joining the Performance Department (performance marketing) as our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll learn about Thrive, how we operate, and what our core values and principles are. You’ll contribute to project growth through collaboration with your team and play a key role in supporting the success of the Performance Department and Thrive as a whole.

Your focus of responsibilities will be:

  • Domain: Exemplifying Thrive's standards for project success through day-to-day optimization, maintenance, reporting, and analysis work to ultimately improve client outcomes, with the support of your team.
  • Client: Contributing to Thrive's standards for client success through strong day to day communication with clients, maintaining and building QA processes, task management, and valuable meeting contributions.
  • People: Growing your project and platform expertise, sharing new knowledge with other team members. You use coaching and feedback to elevate your skills development and leadership to support your team's overall success.
  • Company:  Learn how Thrive operates, contribute to projects and support the success of your team, the Performance department and Thrive while aligning individual contributions with wider team objectives.

We’re committed to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that will create a strong foundation for your launch in this role:

  • In your first 30 days you’ll familiarize yourself with Thrive’s mission, values, and processes, complete your technical onboarding bootcamp, and onboard onto your team, emphasizing on building relationships.
  • In your first 60 days you’ll put your learning, skills, and experiences into action by being assigned to client accounts, preparing and supporting your first client call.
  • In your first 90 days you’ll have become integrated into the team, becoming an efficient contributor and trusted partner to your assigned clients and team members, starting to lead pieces of client work and communications

Qualifications
  • You have a passion for growth marketing and possess some knowledge and familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic Platforms, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify etc. 
  • You have a measurement mindset and experience analyzing data and drawing out insights. 
  • You have foundational analytical skills and experience using data visualization tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar platforms to pull, sort, analyze and draw insight from ad platforms, analytics, and / or business intelligence tools.
  • You have experience directly collaborating with and supporting team members to achieve project & team goals. You’re a strong communicator and approach collaboration positively and proactively.
  • You have some client-facing experience and understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships.

Competitive Total Compensation Package
