At Roofr, we’re obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That’s what makes Roofr’s CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we’re excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale our paid acquisition efforts and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.

This role reports to the Performance Marketing Lead and will focus on executing strategies to improve lead generation, increase conversions, and maximize ROI across multiple paid media channels.

What you get to do:

  • Own the execution, management, and optimization of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Develop and test new ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on key campaign elements such as copy, visuals, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ad spend is allocated to the highest-performing channels.
  • Work with external contractors on channel performance and strategy
  • Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure we are leveraging the latest opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the Performance Marketing Lead.

What you bring to the role:

  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns, ideally in B2B SaaS or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hubspot, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow) and ad automation tools.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD
