We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in running large-scale user acquisition across the major paid media channels in the U.S., including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube), Twitter/X Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks such as Taboola/Outbrain.
The ideal candidate has worked in fast-growing online companies like IGaming, sportsbook, fantasy sports, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, social apps, subscription apps, or web platforms with massive acquisition needs. You must have a strong command of attribution tools like AppsFlyer, web pixels, conversion APIs, GTM implementation, deep linking, SKAN, and multi-touch funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across all major U.S. paid media channels, including:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube)
- X / Twitter
- Snapchat Ads
- Reddit Ads
- Apple Search Ads
- Programmatic platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Display networks)
- Manage large monthly budgets while optimizing for CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, UAC performance, and funnel efficiency.
- Build full-funnel strategies, including TOF/MOF/BOF, lookalikes, retargeting, and high-intent acquisition flows.
- Collaborate with product, BI, and engineering teams to integrate AppsFlyer events, GTM tags, conversion APIs, deep links, and postbacks.
- Develop creative testing frameworks (UGC, influencers, short-form videos, static, native formats).
- Perform A/B testing on audiences, creatives, offers, messaging, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaigns daily to identify trends, anomalies, scale opportunities, and issues related to attribution or technical setup.
- Report results and insights at both tactical and executive levels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid user acquisition in the U.S. market.
- Demonstrated success operating in high-volume, data-driven environments such as apps, gaming, fintech, marketplaces, social platforms, or subscription apps.
- Advanced proficiency with AppsFlyer or other MMPs (Adjust, Singular, Branch).
- Deep understanding of: Web pixels; Conversion APIs; SDK implementation; Deep linking; Attribution models; SKAN 4/5; Cross-platform tracking
- A/B testing experience across creatives, CRO, messaging, funnel stages.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable reading dashboards (Looker, QuickSight, DataStudio).
Nice to Have
- Experience in gaming, betting, sweepstakes, social casino, fintech, or subscription apps.
- SQL knowledge for deeper analysis.
- Experience managing $500k+ / month budgets across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with creative pipelines: UGC, TikTok Spark Ads, influencer amplification.
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Braze, Segment, Firebase).
- Knowledge of privacy changes, ATT, SKAN optimization, and probabilistic attribution.
