What will you be doing and learning?
- Support website and content management by assisting with product load for the website, managing web content, and assisting with tasks related to the Content Hub.
- Assist in AI tool management by supporting the training, testing, and maintenance of custom Gems.
- Analyze user behavior and web analytics by using tools like Amplitude and HotJar to gather insights, including analyzing Amplitude charts/dashboards and HotJar recordings/heatmaps.
- Support marketing campaigns and project workflows by shadowing Digital Marketing Specialists (DMS) and Performance Marketers on Marketing Tracks, assisting with campaign execution, building new workflows, and adding tactics into Asana.
- Assist with operational tasks such as Salesforce event logging and data management, editorial email builds in Jeto/Marketo, and Youtube content review and archive.
- Exposure to digital marketing and marketing operations.

- You must be enrolled in a degreed program (i.e. Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc)
- We will accept applicants graduating from their degree in Spring 2026.
- Recent graduates within the last 6 months will be considered
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, market research, or web operations.
- Experience with web content management systems and analytics tools like Amplitude or Google Analytics, or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Hubspot is a plus.
- Technical skills such as HTML and CSS are a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environments
This internship is eligible for remote participation, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, Washington State, West Virginia, Wyoming. This internship will be on a hybrid schedule for those candidates that are within a commutable distance to our New York, NY ;Boston, MA; or Austin, TX offices
