Why this role?We’re looking for an ambitious, highly analytical, and detail-oriented individual to support our People Team’s Total Rewards function in a broad spectrum of projects. These projects are designed to ensure our global compensation, equity, and benefits programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
You will gain hands-on, expert-level experience in the core pillars of Total Rewards—from analyzing external market data to managing internal pay equity—helping us attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Your work will directly impact every Snyker globally by providing clarity and confidence in their total rewards package. This is a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of market benchmarking, healthcare, financial modeling, and global regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do:The Total Rewards Co-op will focus on projects spanning both compensation and benefits
Compensation & Job Architecture Support:Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual compensation planning cycles, including data auditing, system testing, and communication drafting.
Conduct market pricing and competitive analysis for new and existing roles globally using industry benchmarking data, with specific exposure to the Radford Global Compensation Database.
Support the maintenance and governance of our global job architecture, reviewing and mapping job descriptions to internal pay bands and external market data to ensure internal equity.
Assist with ad-hoc financial modeling, analyzing the cost and impact of compensation proposals.
Contribute to broad-based pay parity analysis to ensure compliance and fairness across the organization.
Support the administration of our global benefits programs (e.g., health, wellness, retirement), including auditing enrollment files and assisting with vendor data submissions.
Refine and enhance the employee Total Rewards intranet pages to ensure information is clear, accurate, and easy for all employees to navigate and understand globally.
Conduct critical research on statutory benefit requirements and market-competitive practices in new global locations to support expansion.
Manage vendor relationships for specific Total Rewards programs, tracking service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring prompt resolution of employee escalations.
A strong interest in pursuing a career in Total Rewards, Human Resources, Finance, or Data Analytics.
Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to interpret large datasets to draw meaningful, business-focused conclusions.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (experience with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic modeling).
Great attention to detail and organizational skills for managing sensitive, confidential employee and financial data.
Customer-oriented mindset and passion for creating transparency and clarity around complex Total Rewards programs.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new HR Information Systems (HRIS) and compensation/benefits technology platforms.
Are a creative and proactive problem-solver and not afraid to test new ideas in an established framework.
