We are looking for a People Programs Manager to join and be a key player in our People Department, contributing to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience building standardized processes, implementing a data-driven approach, and fostering collaboration across teams and departments to ensure efficient and seamless workflows. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can get things done efficiently, while maintaining a positive attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities.

About The Role
- Lead cross-functional, strategic programs end-to-end with full KPI ownership
- Align People initiatives with business needs through partnership with all relevant People teams
- Build and scale standardized, data-driven People programs and projects
- Manage the annual People calendar, including budget, OKRs, and QBRs
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth, aligned cross- company workflows
- Prioritize high-impact tasks and communicate clearly across teams
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively report on program status
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Experience on an HR team - Strong bonus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to implement and leverage data for operational improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with standardizing processes across multiple departments and leading cross-department projects
