This contract role will serve as the heart and soul of the Boston office, playing a critical part in shaping the day-to-day employee experience. You’ll coordinate administrative operations, maintain a safe and welcoming workplace, and support cultural and inclusion initiatives that bring our office to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the administrative operations of the Boston Office, including receiving and organizing mail and packages, communicating with the facilities team and vendors, and assisting with visitor coordination.

  • Maintain a presence at front‑desk reception to support visitors, deliveries, guests, and all related security protocols (e.g., ID badges, guest NDAs, etc.).

  • Responsible for maintaining a user‑friendly, safe, and secure workplace.

  • Collaborate with People Services to update office policies and procedures as needed.

  • Partner with the People Experience team to help coordinate and plan local events or celebrations, consistent with the global events philosophy and strategy.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.

  • Support the global team in broader cultural initiatives, events, or communications.

  • Work in partnership with the Inclusion and Impact team to ensure all events, holidays, and heritage months are communicated through the proper channels.

  • Partner with the local IT, security, legal, and executive teams to maintain a safe environment, compliant with all local health & safety regulations.

  • Partner with local leadership and teams to gain an understanding of regional and office culture, office needs, areas of improvement, and initiatives to lead.

  • Partner with the Executive Assistant team to ensure administrative and on‑site needs are supported or coordinated locally.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years within a people‑facing and/or administrative role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Passion for hospitality and a strong grasp of service orientation and customer support.

  • Ability to work within a distributed team in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

  • Demonstrates the ability to learn new responsibilities quickly.

  • Demonstrates a good understanding of an important set of functions within the remit of their role.
