Four Seasons Hotel Boston is looking for a People and Culture Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the best employee experience. This role reports to the Assistant Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the People and Culture function; including but not limited to benefits administration, recruitment and retention strategies, Learning and Development, employee relations, and local diversity initiatives.
